Description: SO 80's Miami Beach! Super pretty slinky stretchy material that is so flowy and sits on your body like water. Has an adjustable halter strap that has a gold hoop accent on one side. It is an asymmetrical cowl neck with an asymmetrical cut bottom. Nice belt strap on the front that you can either let hang or hook through the gold hoop. Small stain on one strap that you might be able to get out but i'm not sure.
