Black Flowy Floral Dress
Description: Stunning y2k girly floral dress with the sweetest ruffles. Has a sweetheart style neckline with ruffles all around and a very flowy bottom section. I love the hot pink rhinestone flower detailing around the middle of the chest area and the straps. Some minor staining that could possibly come out but not sure, I honestly thought it was part of the design at first. Jenna Rink would 1000% have worn this in 13 going on 30.
